We’d like to invite you to start planning a
New England fall tour with fellow
“Classic Gold Club” members and their friends.
We’ll fly to the
Boston
area and start our week with a tour of the oldest and most famous sites
Boston has to offer.
Then we’ll board our motor coach, leave the big city behind and
travel into the beautiful mountain scenery of
Vermont
and
New Hampshire.
There will be plenty of time to enjoy the historic sights of the
area
(such as
Robert Todd Lincoln’s Hildene, home of Abraham Lincoln’s descendants
until 1975) as
well as the lush beauty of the mountains.
We’ll ride the Conway Scenic
Railroad and stop for ice cream at the
Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream Factory.
You can look for souvenirs at the
Vermont Country Store and marvel at
Quechee Gorge, “Vermont’s
Little Grand Canyon”. A drive down
one of
New England’s most popular scenic drives,
the Kancamagus Highway will get
you ready for a Farewell Lobster
Dinner before heading for home.
Did I miss telling you anything???
Oh yes, lots of things . . .
