It is critical that accountholders monitor their account activity either on-line, via telephone, or through bank statements. Accountholders are responsible for immediately reporting unauthorized transactions to the bank. To report unauthorized transactions, immediately call 320-274-8216.
You may also call the 1-800-383-8000 number listed on the back of your card to report unauthorized transactions.
Annandale State Bank employs a transaction monitoring system that tracks individual spending patterns to identify suspicious, and potentially fraudulent transactions. While this system will not identify all unauthorized transactions, it is in place to reduce exposure to fraud. If you receive a call asking you to confirm a transaction, that may be our system trying to prevent fraudulent activity on your account. This representative will not ask for your account number, card number or any identifying information.
NEVER, give your name, account number or other personal information over the phone. If we call you, we will have the information.
